Like any other device, when you notice then make sure that your device is connected to the internet and users can browse other websites. For this, try to restart the entire network by following the steps:
Start by switching off the modem or router.
Now, plug out the router’s power adapter from electrical socket and then wait for some time.
Reconnect the router’s power adapter into electrical socket and press power button on router.
Lastly, check if the router is receiving proper internet connection. While using modem along with the router, make sure that there is no physical damage to the Ethernet cable that connects both the device.
The second check you need to do is to see id there is any issue with Comcast email server. If you find any issue while using Comcast email then browse through website and it means that the issue is not with the internet. In such cases, you need to check Comcast server is down. When there is any service outage in area then users can’t access Comcast email account. All you need to do is to wait for the issue to get resolved smoothly.
